Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement and monitor behavior intervention strategies in collaboration with clients and families.
- Provide training and support to staff and caregivers on behavior management techniques.
- Collect and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions.
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with ethical standards.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss client progress and treatment adjustments.
- Stay current with best practices and advancements in the field of ABA therapy.
- Foster a positive and inclusive environment for clients and their families.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field.
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in ABA therapy with diverse populations.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data collection and analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Passion for helping individuals achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client visits.
